Was held in Brussels 4 February 2011 to commemorate the centenary of the late US president Ronald Reagan. Speakers from Europe and the US explored Reagan’s legacy as the current US President Barack Obama turns to his Republican predecessor for inspiration about how to transform America in difficult economic and political times.
